In our production processes, we utilize modern hydraulic and mechanical fixtures to ensure the accurate machining of parts. As a key player in precision machining, we offer a wide range of manufacturing capabilities, including CNC vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, 4-axis lathes, 5-axis machines, and Swiss-type lathes.
Our Expertise in Piston and Cylinder Liner Manufacturing
In 2022, we established our piston production unit, capable of manufacturing all compressor pistons within the 50-110 mm diameter range, with an annual production capacity of 1.2 million units. We use high-performance aluminum alloys and manufacture with high-precision machining centers. In our cylinder liner production division, we machine liners using CNC lathes and CNC machining centers, followed by final honing with specialized CNC honing machines. We continuously enhance our capabilities in this field.

With high precision and repeatability capabilities, our compressor liners are machined in CNC lathes and CNC machining centers and undergo thorough quality control at every stage of the production process.
