Reverse Engineering and Product Analysis
We analyze benchmarking samples and gather information about the product. By disassembling the product, we create technical drawings at the component level. Prototypes are produced according to these technical drawings, and assembly is completed. Our products are tested at every stage to meet quality standards.
Prototype and Benchmarking Comparison
Using our testing equipment, we test the benchmarking product and complete the validation process by comparing the results with those of the prototype product.
Work Aligned with Specifications
We perform material analysis and hardness tests on our components, processing these results in alignment with the overall specifications of the product.
Product Review and Mass Production
We disassemble and thoroughly examine products that have undergone 1 million cycles on our test devices. If no issues are identified, we proceed to the vehicle testing phase, and, provided no complaints arise, we initiate mass production.
