Our foundry, which began production in 2011, has been continuing its operations in a new facility with a 10,000 m² indoor area since 2021 to meet the growing product diversity and demand. As Vaden Original, we push the boundaries of aluminum casting with our team of 120 experts.
Thanks to the "Industry 4.0 - Real-Time" feature in our high-pressure casting machines, we continuously monitor critical parameters such as temperature, speed, and pressure during the casting process. This allows us to intervene immediately in case of any potential issues, ensuring that our product quality remains at the highest level.
With the "MagmaSoft" software, we conduct casting simulations that enable us to achieve optimal casting performance for our products. This allows us to optimize material usage, minimize defects, and deliver the highest performance to our customers.
To maintain our product quality without compromise and enable instant intervention in production, we meticulously inspect our products using Radiographic Inspection (X-Ray), a non-destructive testing method. This allows us to detect even the smallest defects, ensuring that we deliver safe and flawless products to our customers.
To meet our raw material needs, we utilize a Tower-Type Melting Furnace with a 1,500 kg melting / 3,000 kg holding capacity and a Tilting Melting Furnace with a 1,500 kg melting capacity.
