INCLUSION OF WOMEN IN THE PRODUCTION FIELD

Women are employed in every part of our production field. When we believe that women can work in this sector, a project was started and a female staff of 40 people had hired. They are completely blue-collar staff and work directly in the units that make or control the production. Thanks to this project success from now on, we are planning to increase presence of female employees as 20%.
